- Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) Some items may be shipped via Nekoposu.
Shipping Fee
- Nationwide: Free
- International Shipping: We currently only ship within Japan.
Delivery Estimate
- We ship according to the estimate listed on each product page.
- If not specified: ships within 5-7 business days after order confirmation Excludes weekends, holidays, and designated closure days. If delays occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or carrier conditions, we will notify you by email.
Changing the Delivery Address
- Please consult the carrier directly about forwarding. Shipping charges for forwarded packages are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations and Exchanges
Cancellations and Returns
- We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience.
Returns / Exchanges
- Eligibility
- Damaged or defective items, or items different from your order
- Contact Deadline
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Procedure
- Email us with the reason for return, order number, and product name (subject: Return/Exchange Request).
- After guiding you through the return procedure, we will exchange the product.
- If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
- Notes
- Used items are generally not returnable.
- Depending on the defect, exchanges may not be accepted.
- Do not discard defective items. If we cannot verify the item, an exchange cannot be provided.

- We currently only ship to addresses within Japan.
